phone? mail?

To keep costs down (And because we like the environment, trees are good) we don't encourage phone calls or mail as an initial form of contact. Besides, it's awkard to remember who said what on a phone call and mail leaves bits of paper strewn across desks. Email also makes it much simpler to work with people across different time zones (This is the internet after all).
